Morgan~
Morgan Simons formed a Catering Company in February 2002. Morgan was born in February 1981 and is a native of Southern California. In 2001 she graduated from the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena and is trained in the Le Cordon Bleu classic French technique. Morgan is also well versed in many cuisines -- including regional American, Asian Fusion, Italian, Mediterranean and Latin.

Emma~
Eric's Daughter, and a movie star in her own right. Emma Rose Roberts is an American actress and pop singer. Roberts made her acting debut at the age of nine in the film Blow and is known for her role as the lead character in the Nickelodeon television series Unfabulous, as well as her roles in the films Aquamarine and Nancy Drew. Roberts' debut album, Unfabulous and More, was released in 2005.
